Orders & proofs

All of our pieces are personalized and handmade to order. We send a digital proof within 3 business days and begin production only after you approve it. Please review your proof carefully — once approved, items cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at checkout before we begin your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Returns

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — see our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and content on this site belong to The Beam & Bloom Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission. When you provide artwork or text for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for personal use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
