Personalized & custom items

Because everything we make is personalized and created just for you, all of our pieces are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. This is exactly why we send a digital proof for your approval before we make anything — please review it carefully so we get every detail right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, email a photo to our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund — no need to return the item.
