Shipping policy

Everything we make is handmade to order in our Orlando, Florida studio.

Processing & turnaround

After you order, we send a digital proof within 3 business days. Once you approve it, we make and ship your piece — most orders arrive within about 10 days from the day you order. Personalized and larger orders may take a little longer, and we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order, and we currently ship within the United States only. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Additional shipping charges

Some pieces are heavier than others. If an order needs additional shipping beyond what was collected at checkout because of its weight, any additional shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You’ll never be surprised — we stay in contact with you the entire time and will always reach out about any extra cost before we ship.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
