Returns & Refund Policy
Every piece from The Beam & Bloom Co. is made by hand, to order, and personalized specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on most orders — but we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
What we can’t refund
Since every order is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer — please double-check your spelling before placing an order
- Color or material variations that fall within normal production range
- Shipping delays once the package has left our studio
What we will fix
If we made a mistake — wrong name, wrong design, damaged in production, or not what you ordered — we will remake it or refund it. Full stop.
Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll take care of it immediately. We take pride in every piece that leaves this studio.
Arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll file the carrier claim and get a replacement out to you.
