Yes — every single order. We send a digital proof within 3 business days showing exactly how your personalization will look, and we revise until you approve it. Nothing goes into production until you say go.
Most orders arrive within about 10 days. You’ll get a digital proof within 3 business days to approve, then we make and ship your piece. Need it sooner? Message us and we’ll do our best.
Yes, as long as we haven’t started production. Send us a message right after ordering and we’ll update it. Once you’ve approved a proof, changes may delay your order.
We revise until you’re happy — no extra charge. That’s the whole point of the proof. If you’re still not satisfied after revisions, we’ll offer a full refund before we make anything.
Absolutely. We love bridesmaid gifts, groomsmen sets, and corporate orders. Send us a message with your quantity and timeline and we’ll put together a custom quote.
Depending on the piece, we work in laser-cut acrylic, 3D-printed PLA, and sustainably sourced wood — maple, walnut, cherry, and birch.
